Shri Gujarati Samaj B. Ed. College was established in the year 2005, approved by NCTE APW/01862/223388. Higher Education M.P. Govt. Rajya Shiksha Kendra and Affiliated to DAVV. The criteria for admission to the B. Ed. program, directed by the higher education are strictly followed and admissions are done on merit basis. The reservation policies of State Government are strictly followed in admission process.

Academic session commences with an orientation program of three days for the newly admitted students. A number of strategies are adopted to cater the diverse needs. In order to overcome the issue of diversity, all the classes are bilingual. The instructional approaches and learning experiences provided are comprehensive and in keeping with the stated objectives of the programme.

The college has the physical infrastructure as per NCTE norms. The total built up area of college is 2134.02 sq. mts. The college has adequate and large sized, well ventilated classrooms with basic facilities like fans, lights, furniture and black boards. There are well equipped laboratories, like Educational Technology Laboratory, Computer Laboratory, Science Laboratory, Psychology Laboratory and Work experience Laboratory etc. with necessary physical tools apparatus.

College had organized an exam on 01-Dec'14 with the support of Gandhi Research Foundation on "Gandhi-Vichar". Result of this exam was received by the college from 17-Mar'15
